人工泪液对配戴角膜塑形镜儿童青少年近视患者角膜保护作用的临床观察

Observations on the protective effect of artificial tears on the cornea of juvenile myopic subjects wearing orthokeratology lenses

选取2019年5月至7月于沈阳市兴齐眼科医院初次配戴角膜塑形镜儿童青少年近视患者36例,观察人工泪液对其角膜的保护作用。结果发现,配戴膜塑形镜前后1周使用人工泪液能有效减少配戴初期角膜上皮损害的发生,提高角膜塑形镜配戴的依从性及安全性。
