Effectiveness evaluation of sponge city construction based on monitoring analysis

以厦门马銮湾片区为例,通过在线监测布点、实测数据分析,从项目实施有效性、城市内涝治理和黑臭水体治理进行效果评价,比照海绵城市规划设计方案中的设计目标、指标计算,对其中的差异进行反思和总结,可为后续其他片区及城市开展海绵城市建设、评价提供借鉴。

Taking the Maluan Bay Pilot area of Xiamen as an example,through online monitoring of distribution points and measured data analysis,the effectiveness of project implementation,the effect evaluation of urban internal sputum management and black odor water treatment are compared with the design goals,indicators and effects in the sponge urban planning scheme.The differences are reflected and summarized,which can provide reference for the subsequent construction and evaluation of sponge cities in other districts or cities.
