区域供水水源与设施优化配置模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对供水基础设施无法共建共享的问题,提出了区域供水水源与设施优化配置的经济、社会及环境效益的多目标规划模型,并通过Matlab拟合费用函数,利用建模求解软件Lingo进行求解,从而实现区域范围内水源与设施配置最优化。以苏南某市为例,根据优化结果提出了两种优化配置方案并进行比选,最终确定了新增2处水源地和1处水厂的优化方案。该方案在保障用水安全可靠的前提下,实现了经济、社会及环境效益最优化,同时提出了应对突发性水污染事故的措施。 In view of the problem that the water supply infrastructure cannot be shared,this paper proposed a multi-objective planning model for the economic,social and environmental benefits of regional water supply and facilities optimization.The cost function was fitted by Matlab,and the modeling optimization software Lingo was used to solve the optimization of water source and facility configuration in the region.Taking a city in Southern Jiangsu as an example,this paper proposed two optimization configuration schemes based on the optimization results.Finally,the optimization plan with the two water sources and one water plant was determined.Under the premise of ensuring safe and reliable water use,the program has achieved the optimization of economic,social and environmental benefits,and proposed measures to deal with sudden water pollution accidents.
