摘要
嗪酮类杀虫剂可分为二嗪酮类和三嗪酮类杀虫剂,因其具有高效、低毒、作用机制独特等特点而在农药研究领域具有重要的地位,其中吡蚜酮是此类杀虫剂中的典型代表。本文综述了吡蚜酮的开发历程和作用机制,以及二嗪酮类和三嗪酮类杀虫剂的研究进展,对该类杀虫剂的构效关系进行了总结,对其发展前景进行了展望。
Azinone insecticides can be divided into diazinones and triazinone insecticides.Azinone insecticides play an important role in the field of pesticide because of their high efficiency,low toxicity and unique mechanism of action.Pymetrozine is a typical representative of this kind of insecticide.In this paper,the research and development of pymetrozine,its action mechanism,research progress of diazinone and triazinone insecticides are reviewed.The structure-activity relationship of azinone insecticides is summarized,and the development prospect of this kind of insecticides is forecasted.
