智慧城市、人力资本与产业结构转型升级

Smart city, Human Capital and Industrial Structure Transformation and Upgrading

为促进城市产业结构转型升级,推进智慧城市建设,发挥智慧城市的产业结构升级效应,实现产城融合的最终目标。本文利用2007-2018年中国285个地级市面板数据,通过构建双重差分模型,探讨智慧城市建设对产业结构转型升级的影响,以及人力资本在智慧城市建设中发挥的作用。研究显示:智慧城市建设通过推动城市产业结构的高级化与合理化,促进了城市产业结构升级;人力资本在智慧城市促进产业结构升级过程中发挥了重要作用。

In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure, we should continue to speed up the construction of smart city, give play to the upgrading effect of smart city industrial structure, and realize the ultimate goal of integration of industry and city.Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2007 to 2018, this paper constructs a double-difference model to study the impact of smart city construction on the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure and the role of human capital in it.The research shows that the construction of smart city promotes the upgrading of urban industrial structure by promoting the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure.Human capital plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure in smart cities.
