金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子在稽留流产患者绒毛组织中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在稽留流产患者绒毛组织的表达,探讨孕期高凝状态在稽留流产中的作用。方法:以2018年3月~2019年10月在荆门市第二人民医院诊断为稽留流产的45名患者为实验组,以同期45例正常妊娠要求行人工流终止妊娠的早孕健康妇女作为对照组,检测两者外周血纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、D二聚体含量,绒毛组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、VEGF蛋白表达水平。结果:实验组FDP及D二聚体均较对照组显著升高(P<0.001)。实验组绒毛组织MMP-9蛋白表达量高于对照组,TIMP-1、VEGF蛋白表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产患者处于高凝状态,可导致胚胎停育,其机制与患者绒毛膜组织MMP-9升高,TIMP-1下降,VEGF下降有关。
