山东地区自古以来就是我国古代海洋文化重地。青岛作为新时代山东的经济龙头,要在新旧动能转换中率先破局,落实“新旧动能转换综合试验区”发展战略,可以从本地区蓝色海洋文化研究中汲取历史经验,廓清新旧动能转换的蓝色内涵,向南拓展城市发展空域,创新国家主导下的自贸经济,探索港区城联动发展模式,实现蓝色产业链打造的两个“转变”,注力“新时代青岛人”塑造和“新时代特色村镇”培育,打造“蓝色思想策源地”,成为蓝色动能转换核心地,增添华夏蓝色海洋文化的新时代特色。

The research shows that Shandong area has been the important place of ancient marine culture in China since ancient times.Qingdao,as the economic leader of Shandong in the new era,should take the lead in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and implement the development strategy of"comprehensive experimental area for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy",which can draw historical experience from the study of blue marine culture in this region.It is necessary to outline the blue connotation of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,expand the urban development airspace to the south,innovate the free trade economy under the guidance of the state,explore the joint development mode of port cities,realize the two"transformations"of the blue industrial chain,focus on the shaping of"Qingdao people in the new era"and the cultivation of"characteristic villages and towns in the new era",create"the source of blue ideas”,become the core of the transformation of blue kinetic energy and add the new era characteristics of Chinese blue ocean culture.
