美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)治疗中使用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦的临床作用.方法选取93例老年CCHF患者随机分为基础组与治疗组.基础组45例,使用基础西药治疗方式,治疗组48例,在基础组基础上增用美托洛尔、厄贝沙坦.比较用药前后两组相关临床指标、临床疗效.结果 用药前两组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF无明显差异(P>0.05),用药后LVEDD、LVESD均缩短(P<0.05),治疗组明显短于基础组(P<0.05),LVEF均升高(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于基础组(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率明显高于基础组(P<0.05).结论老年CCHF治疗中使用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦可缩短患者LVEDD、LVESD,提升LVEF,改善临床疗效.
