针刀联合中医定向透药疗法治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of acupotomology combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug permeation therapy to treat piriformis syndrome

目的探讨针刀联合中医定向透药疗法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床效果。方法选取2016年以来收治的52例梨状肌综合征患者的临床资料,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各26例,观察组应用针刀联合中医定向透药疗法治疗;对照组只采用中医定向透药疗法治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较两组治疗前后的疼痛情况,并评价两组临床疗效。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为92.31%、61.54%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分(2.97±1.24)分,对照组治疗后VAS评分(3.68±1.39)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刀联合中医定向透药疗法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of acupotomology combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy to treat piriformis syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with piriformis syndrome admitted since 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 26 cases each.The observation group was treated with acupotomology combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy.The control group was only treated with Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy.Visual analogue pain score(VAS)was used to compare the pain status in the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 92.31%and 61.54%respectively,with differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).The VAS score after treatment was(2.97±1.24)in the observation group and(3.68±1.39)in the control group,with differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of piriformis syndrome by acupotomology combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation therapy is effective.
