摘要
清扫机器人利用电机高速转动来产生压强差将垃圾吸入收集盒内,从而导致地面上的灰尘悬浮到空气中,造成对室内空气的二次污染。为解决此问题,根据超声波加湿的原理为清扫机器人设计了空气加湿功能,利用超声波产生原理生成的加湿装置换能片使液体进行雾化实现对空气的加湿,解决了清扫机器人工作过程中产生灰尘的问题。该具备空气加湿功能的室内清扫机器人选用漫反射型光电开关进行检测,完成清扫机器人红外避障的功能,选取的蛇形工作路线实现对工作区域的基本全覆盖,同时解决了常见清扫机器人在工作中存在的二次污染问题,开拓了学生的学习思维,且具有较高的应用和实现价值。
The cleaning robot taking use of suction pressure difference generated by cleaning motors with high-speed rotation puts the dust into the refuse collection box,which easily leads to dust on the ground suspended in the air,secondary pollution of indoor air can be caused.In view of this problem,air cleaning humidifier function is added to the cleaning robot based on the principle of ultrasonic humidification to be designed and implemented,among them the ultrasound is generated by the oscillator circuit,the transducer means and humidifying sheet can be the principle of high-frequency vibration of the transducer around the atomized liquid water,the problem of dust generated is solved.The indoor cleaning robot with air humidification uses the diffuse optical switch to detect the robot to avoid the obstacle,and the snake-like route is selected as the working route for cleaning robot,and the basic coverage of the working area is realized.Meanwhile,the design and implementation of cleaning robots solves the problem of second pollution,which opens up the students' learning thinking and has high application and realization value.
