摘要
针对维修电工实训课程传统的教学,分析了其存在的问题,即实验室综合利用率不高、实训课内容重复设置、学生能力提升不多等问题,提出了教学改革措施,建立了综合实训平台,通过平台的建立,优化了实验室的硬件设备,从硬件上为学生的综合实践能力的提高打下了较好的基础;按模块划分法,将实训内容优化为三部分,基础部分(安全生产急救和机床故障检查与排除)、中级电气控制技术、高级电气控制技术,分阶段培训,既增加了学生培训的学时数,提高了设备的利用率,也促进了学生综合能力的提升。从平台运行效果来看,学生的基本技能、创新能力、研究能力、综合设计能力得到了很大的提升,提高了实训教学质量。
For traditional teaching of electrician training,some analysis of several problems that low comprehensive utilization rate of laboratory,duplicate setting of the course content,less promotion of studentsability is done.A comprehensive training platform is established through the optimization of the laboratory hardware.It lays a good foundation for the improvement of the students’comprehensive practical ability from the hardware.On the basis of the platform,the training course content is divided into three modules which are basic part,intermediate electrical control technology including first aid in safety production and electric fault inspection of machine tools,advanced electrical control technology.Phased training has not only increased the number of studentstraining hours,improved the utilization of equipment,but also promoted the improvement of studentscomprehensive ability.From the platform operation effect,studentsbasic skills,innovation ability,research ability and comprehensive design ability have been greatly improved,and the quality of practical teaching is improved.
