This paper introduces the improvement on the designing experiment teaching of plant physiology which is research on plant physiology and biochemistry under adverse condition.The contents are including the experimental material extending from plant seedlings to campus plants,paying attention to the accuracy of the experimental results,paying attention to the scientificalness of the design experiment paper,holding the thesis defense of the designing experiment,and improved assessment method.Practice shows that improvement on the designing experiment teaching is feasible,the students􀆳basic scientific research skills and paper quality are improved,the comprehensive ability and the enthusiasm of the students are improved too.
