摘要
搭建了一套用于LNG扩散及抑制特性研究的实验平台,实验平台基于独立设计的直流式大气模拟实验风洞,LNG加注及排放系统、高倍消防泡沫发生系统、辅助加热系统和测量采集系统。装置首次将扩散及其抑制研究集成在统一的实验平台,通过测量气云扩散过程中温度、浓度的变化,模拟LNG气云扩散过程,分析扩散影响因素和泡沫等扩散抑制技术的作用机理及性能,为LNG站场设施的安全设计和公共安全风险评价提供了基础平台。
An experimental platform is designed and constructed to study the diffusion and suppression characteristics for the leaked LNG.The platform is based on the straight-line flow atmospheric simulation wind tunnel that is independently designed,fill and discharge system of LNG,auxiliary heating system,high expansion fire foam generation system,and measurement and data acquisition system.The study for the diffusion and suppression of leaked LNG is integrated into a unified platform.By measuring the tem⁃perature and concentration changes during the diffusion process of gas cloud,the diffusion process of gas cloud can be simulated.In addition,influencing factors on diffusion,mechanism of action,and perform⁃ance of diffusion suppression techniques like foam can be analyzed.In a word,this study can provide a basic platform for the safe design of the station facilities and risk assessment of public safety.
