新疆阿勒泰地区牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查与分析 被引量:8

摘要 (目的)分析新疆阿勒泰地区布鲁氏菌病的疫情状况,为制定行之有效的防控措施提供科学依据。(方法)采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)开展2007-2018年阿勒泰地区6县1市牛羊血清样品布鲁氏菌病监测工作。(结果)阿勒泰地区牛羊布鲁氏菌病的检出率呈现波动趋势,牛布鲁氏菌病疫情总体上较羊严重(X^2=3553.89,P<0.01)。牛布鲁氏菌病检出率自2007年逐渐上升,在2009、2012和2015年出现高峰,阳性检出率分别为1.41%(415/29442)、3.04%(2404/79181)和4.09%(2091/51157);羊布鲁氏菌病疫情则在2009年和2015年出现高峰,阳性检出率分别为1.17%(209/17869)和3.45%(699/20277)。吉木乃县牛羊布鲁氏菌病检出率均较低,福海县牛布鲁氏菌病检出率相对较低,青河县羊布鲁氏菌病检出率相对较低,其余县市牛羊布鲁氏菌病检出率均较高。(结论)阿勒泰地区布鲁氏菌病流行虽得到一定控制,但仍有流行扩散风险,给人畜间带来危害。建议今后对阿勒泰地区动物布鲁氏菌病继续做好动态监测,及时采取包括牧场净化在内的布鲁氏菌病控制措施,以及加强与相关人兽疾病防控及研究机构在布鲁氏菌病病原学、血清诊断学等方面的合作研究。 (Objective)To analyze the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Altay region of Xinjiang,and provide scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures.(Methods)By the rose-bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT),brucellosis monitoring was carried out for bovine and ovine serum samples collected from 6 counties and 1 city in Altay region during 2007-2018.(Results)The annual detection rate of brucellosis in cattle and sheep was fluctuating.Its outbreak in cattle was more serious than that in sheep(X^2=3553.89,P<0.01).The detection rate of bovine brucellosis had gradually increased since 2007,with peaks in 2009,2012 and 2015,and the positive detection rates were 1.41%(415/29442),3.04%(2404/79181)and 4.09%(2091/51157),respectively;its incidence in sheep peaked in 2009 and 2015,and the positive detection rates were 1.17%(209/17869)and 3.45%(699/20277),respectively.The detection rate of brucellosis in both cattle and sheep in Jimunai county was low.The detection rates of bovine brucellosis in Fuhai county and ovine brucellosis in Qinghe county were all relatively low,while the detection rates of cattle and sheep brucellosis in other counties and city were all high.(Conclusion)Although brucellosis in Altay region has been controlled to some extent,there is still a risk of epidemic spread which has brought harm to humans and animals.It was recommended to continue to monitor animal brucellosis in Altay region in future,take timely control measures for brucellosis including pasture purification,and to strengthen cooperative research on brucellosis etiology and serum diagnostics with related human and animal disease prevention and control departments.
