腹三针结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁的临床观察

Clinical observation of abdominal three needle acupuncture combined with Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction

目的探讨腹三针结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁的临床疗效.方法纳入2017-01-01—2018-12-31某院进行治疗的78例患者进行研究.依据随机对照原则分为两组,每组纳入39例患者.对照组:醒脑开窍针刺法.观察组:醒脑开窍针刺法结合腹三针治疗.观察相关指标、疗效.结果观察组治疗前膀胱最大容积为(211.49±35.27)mL,残尿量为(62.49±8.99)mL,ICIQ-SF评分为(18.04±1.05)分,治疗后膀胱最大容积为(368.45±51.24)mL,残尿量为(38.15±7.51)mL,ICIQ-SF评分为(14.02±1.22)分.对照组治疗前膀胱最大容积为(210.37±31.22)mL,残尿量为(61.57±8.12)mL,ICIQ-SF评分为(18.19±1.11)分,治疗后膀胱最大容积为(315.49±50.99)mL,残尿量为(45.97±6.64)mL,ICIQ-SF评分为(15.98±1.03)分.观察组治疗后膀胱最大容积高于治疗前和对照组,残尿量、ICIQ-SF低于治疗前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总有效率(94.87%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹三针结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死后尿失禁效果较好,可以有效改善患者的残尿量、ICIQ-SF评分.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abdominal three needle acupuncture combined with Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction.Methods 78 patients treated in a hospital from January 1st,2017 to December 31st,2018 were selected in the study and randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture while the observation group was given Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combined with abdominal three needle treatment.Relevant indicators and efficacy were observed.Results The maximum volume of bladder of the observation group before the treatment was(211.49±35.27)mL,the residual urine volume was(62.49±8.99)mL and the ICIQ-SF score was(18.04±1.05)points,while the maximum volume of bladder after the treatment was(368.45±51.24),the residual urine volume was(38.15±7.51)mL,and the ICIQ-SF score was(14.02±1.22)points.The maximum volume of bladder of the control group before the treatment was(210.37±31.22)mL,the residual urine volume was(61.57±8.12)mL and the ICIQ-SF score was(18.19±1.11)points,while the maximum volume of bladder after the treatment was(315.49±50.99)mL,the residual urine volume was(45.97±6.64)mL,and the ICIQ-SF score was(15.98±1.03)points.The maximum volume of bladder in the observation group was higher than that before the treatment and the control group.The residual urine volume and ICIQ-SF were lower than those before the treatment and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(94.87%),higher than that of the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal three-needle acupuncture combined with Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture was effective in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction,which could effectively improve the residual urine volume and ICIQ-SF score.
