应用写作能力是现代职场人需要掌握的核心职业能力。目前,开放教育学生的逻辑思维和书面表达方面能力亟待提升,写作沟通能力成为开放大学人才培养的方向之一。应用写作课程应该适应开放教育学习者的新特点,基于写作与沟通两个专业领域的知识,通过面授教学与网络教学一体化设计,提高开放教育学习者的应用写作和职场沟通能力,提升在职学习者的核心职业能力。

Applied writing ability is the core professional ability that working people need to master.At present,the ability of logical thinking and written expression of open education students needs to be improved,and the ability of writing communication has become a target for the open university talent training.The application writing course should adapt to the new characteristics of open education learners.Based on the knowledge of writing and communication,through the integrated design of face-to-face teaching and online teaching,improve the application writing and workplace communication skills of open education learners,and enhance on-the-job learning爷s core professional ability.
