Connotation and Construction of University Culture in New Era

高校大学文化建设具有重要意义,新时代高校大学文化包括精神文化、制度文化、物质文化、行为文化四种分类及表层文化、中介文化和深层文化三个层次。构建新时代大学文化体系,必须坚持社会主义办学方向;构建现代大学治理体系,必须要从文化的更高层次上确立科学的知识观、人才观和教育观;构建社会主义大学文化体系,应发挥大学文化对师生的价值观念、心理状态、言行举止的引导作用,以推动大学高质量、内涵式发展。

The cultural construction of university is of great significance.University culture in the new era includes four categories in terms of spirit culture,system culture,material culture and behavior culture,and three levels in terms of surface culture,mediation culture,and deep culture.Building modern university governance system needs scientific values of knowledge,talent,and education from a higher level of culture;building a university culture system needs to give to full play the role of university culture in directing values,psychology and behavior of teachers and students,thus promoting the high-quality and connotative development of university.
