职业卫生与职业医学课程满意度的调查及其思考

目的:探寻影响职业卫生与职业医学教学效果、学生实践能力等的可能因素,为今后实现职业卫生与职业医学的课程改革提供重要参考依据。方法:采用整群抽样法,选取昆明医科大学2015级预防医学专业的本科生为研究对象,对职业卫生与职业医学理论课、实验课满意度等进行问卷调查。结果:103名学生完成了本次问卷调查,发现职业卫生与职业医学理论课未突出重点课程及有效结合临床诊疗和职业卫生调查经验。学生对实验课的满意度偏低,实验课教学与职业卫生与职业医学实际工作脱节。结论:职业卫生与职业医学教学应该进行改革,通过突出教学重点、加强师资临床实践、注意在教学过程中更多联系实际工作、设计综合性实验;以提高预防医学专业学生的专业能力及分析解决实际问题的能力,培养职业卫生与职业医学应用型人才。

Objective:To explore the possible factors affecting the teaching effect and students'practical ability of occupational health and occupational medicine,so as to provide an important reference basis for realizing the curriculum reform of occupational health and occupational medicine in the future.Methods:Using the method of cluster sampling,the undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine of Grade 2015 in Kunming Medical University were selected as the research object,and the satisfaction degree of occupational health and occupational medicine theory course and experiment course were investigated by questionnaire.Results:103 students completed the questionnaire survey and found that the theoretical courses of occupational health and occupational medicine did not highlight the key courses and effectively combined the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment and occupational health investigation.The students'satisfaction with the experimental course is on the low side,and the experimental teaching is out of touch with the practical work of occupational health and occupational medicine.Conclusion:The teaching of occupational health and occupational medicine should be reformed by highlighting the key points of teaching,strengthening teachers'clinical practice,paying more attention to connecting with practical work and designing comprehensive experiments in the process of teaching,in order to improve the professional ability of students majoring in preventive medicine and their ability to analyze and solve practical problems,thus training applied talents of occupational health and occupational medicine.
