财务管理本科专业就业导向型教学改革研究

The professional teaching of the financial management of the university is a subject of common concern to the professional teachers,financial scholars and financial managers of the company.According to the current teaching situation and employment situation,this paper explores the teaching reform scheme of undergraduate financial management specialty,including course setting,teacher training,teaching requirements,student practice and teaching assessment in order to meet the needs of employers and ensure the application of learning,so as to form an employment-oriented professional mode of financial management education specialty at the higher applied undergraduate level.
