海南自贸区(港)背景下高职外贸人才培养现状分析 ——从跨文化交际视角

自2018年4月13日习近平总书记在海南建省办经济特区30周年庆祝大会上宣布海南建设具有中国特色的自由贸易区和自由贸易港以来,对海南外贸人才培养提出了新的要求,具备外语交际能力、商务交际能力、文化交际能力的跨文化交际人才正是海南自贸区(港)建设所需。但是目前海南外贸人才培养过程中存在的人才外流现象突出、人才培养规模减少、师资队伍数量不足、课程体系设置不鲜明等问题急需解决,使之不再成为海南自由贸易区(港)建设的瓶颈。

Since General Secretary Xi Jinping announced at the 30th Anniversary Celebration Conference of the Establishment of Special Economic Zones in Hainan Province on April 13,2018 that Hainan should build a free trade zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics,new requirements have been put forward for the training of foreign trade talents in Hainan,with foreign language,business and cultural communicative competence.Intercultural communication talents are exactly what Hainan Free Trade Zone(Port)needs.However,in the process of training foreign trade talents in Hainan,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the outflow of talents,the reduction of the scale of training talents,the insufficient number of teachers and the lack of clear curriculum system,so that it will no longer become the bottleneck of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone(Port).
