摘要
在概述我国货物运输发展现状的基础上,从交通运输碳排放构成、货运能源消费结构及铁路低碳效应发展潜力等方面分析各交通运输方式的碳排放,认为铁路货运具有大运量、高效、快速、碳排放量低等特点,进而提出发挥铁路货运低碳效应的思考建议,即优化货物运输组织、丰富货运产品、开展多式联运、加快铁路货场物流化经营。
On the basis of summarizing the current situation of China's freight transportation development,this paper analyzes the carbon emissions of various transportation modes from the aspects of transportation carbon emission composition,freight energy consumption structure and the development potential of railway low-carbon effect.It holds that railway freight transportation has the characteristics of large volume,high efficiency,high speed,low carbon emission,etc.,and then puts forward suggestions for exerting the low-carbon effect of railway freight transportation,i.e.optimizing freight transportation organization,enriching freight products,carrying out multimodal transport and speeding up the logistics operation of railway freight yards.
