延边地区外商直接投资现状及问题研究

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Foreign Direct Investment in Yanbian Area

延边地区地处我国吉林省东部中朝俄三国交界地带,其利用区域、民族、资源、国家政策等优势,同俄罗斯,朝鲜,韩国,日本等国家经济、文化等方面交流十分紧密,是东北亚区域的地理中心,其稳定与发展同我国社会经济发展密切相关。延边地区经济发展相对落后,资本和技术相对缺乏,引进外商直接投资有助于延边地区的经济发展,因此有必要对延边地区外商直接投资发展现状及其问题进行进一步的分析和研究。本论文运用文献调查、定性分析和定量分析的研究方法,结合延边地区外商直接投资的前期研究,探讨了延边地区由于经济发展相对滞后、投资环境不完善、缺乏相关政策扶持和引导等原因,外商直接投资发展存在投资规模小、投资环境相对不完善、外资主要来源国集中、投资形式较为单一、投资地区分布不合理、投资产业结构不均衡等问题。针对上述问题,本文分析了应采取加快延边地区的经济发展、改善延边地区的投资环境、拓宽外资来源渠道、优化投资合作形式和产业结构、推动图们江地区的区域经济发展等措施给以解决。

Yanbian Prefecture,located at the junction of China,Korea and Russia in the eastern part of Jilin Province,is the largest Korean Nationality Settlement in China.It makes use of its geographical location,minority languages,abundant natural resources and national policies,and has close economic and cultural exchanges with Russia,Korea,Japan and other countries.It is the geographic core of Northeast Asia region.Its stability and development are in line with China's social and economic development.Development is closely related.Therefore,it is necessary to further analyze and study the current situation and problems of foreign direct investment in Yanbian area.By using the methods of literature investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combined with the pre-research of foreign direct investment in Yanbian area,this paper finds that there are some problems in foreign direct investment in Yanbian area,such as small scale of investment,relatively imperfect investment environment,concentration of major source countries of foreign investment,single investment form,unreasonable distribution of investment areas,unbalanced investment industrial structure and so on.To solve these problems,measures should be taken to speed up the economic development of Yanbian,improve the investment environment of Yanbian,broaden the channels of foreign capital sources,optimize the forms of investment cooperation and industrial structure,and promote the regional economic development of Tumen River region.
