Analysis on the Impact of New Media on the Employment of Contemporary College Students

在新媒体背景下成长的当代大学生,其就业观和就业方式都会受到影响。本文从不同角度来分析这些影响。当前背景既可以帮助学生获得更广泛的就业信息,让他们通过网络和社交软件来应聘岗位,又可以锻炼他们的信息搜寻和分析能力,从而提升自己的综合实力。从另一方面来说,在新媒体背景下诞生的各种职业,也给学生提供了更多就业的选择。但是这样的背景也会有不利的一面,复杂的网络环境和干扰信息都会对学生就业带来负面影响。如何协调这些优势和劣势,是我们作为教育工作者应该去引导学生思考的。

For the college students who grow up in the new media environment,their attitude and ways of employment are influenced a lot.This article will analyze these impacts from different perspectives.At present,the background could not only help students to get extensive information of employment,which makes it possible for them to apply positions through Internet and social networking software,but also improve their abilities of information searching and analysis,which help them to promote comprehensive strength.On the other hand,different occupations appear in the new media time,which provide more choices for students.However,there are also some adverse factors,complicated network environment as well as interference information will do harm to students on their employment.It is our educators’responsibility for guiding students to think about how to coordinate both the advantages and disadvantages.
