摘要
放开全面二孩政策有利于促进我国人口均衡发展,缓解人口老龄化,但是也同时引发了职业女性的生育焦虑。通过构建生育心态概念,深刻阐释全面二胎时代女性生育焦虑及其表现形式。在传统向现代的转变过程中,女性生育心态经历了由顺从、压抑、理性到焦虑的过程。伴随这一过程,在传统观念、社会环境等多种因素的综合作用下,女性生育焦虑现象凸显。女性生育焦虑源于自我主体迷失、自我实现受挫、自我认同危机的互构。疏导职业女性的生育焦虑,应以完善女性生育制度支持体系、探索生育焦虑多维疏解路径、营造职业女性心理关怀氛围、增强职业女性自我减压能力为路径,从而有效化解职业女性的焦虑心态。
The universal two-child policy promotes a balanced population and alleviates the aging problem of China,while it also raises birth anxiety among female employees.This paper explores the birth anxiety and its manifestations of females in the universal two-child era by establishing the concept of fertility mentality.This mentality has changed from the form of obedience,depression,rationality to anxiety during its transition from tradition to modernity.During this process,the female anxiety has been more prominent under comprehensive effects like traditional ideas and social environments.This anxiety originates from the interaction between self-subject loss,self-realization frustration and self-identity crisis.Therefore,we should improve the support system and create caring atmospheres for female employees to mitigate their anxiety.
