摘要
以天津站为研究对象,基于协同论原理构建天津站周边商业服务功能与街道空间两个子系统的耦合度模型,使用熵值法与空间句法对其相关联的系统进行评价,探究天津站周边商业服务功能与其街道空间的耦合关系。并基于POI数据,在GIS平台下采用核函数模拟分析商业服务功能在火车站周边区域空间分布强弱程度的密度图,研究其空间结构特征,提出其功能规划布局的优化建议,旨在对其他火车站点周边功能布局与建设开发提供指导与借鉴。
With Tianjin Railway Station as the research object,this paper builds the coupling degree model of two subsystems including the commercial service function and the street space via synergy theory.The study uses entropy method and space syntax to evaluate their related system,and explores the coupling relationship between these two systems.Based on the POI data,this paper simulates the commercial service function of the perimeter station by using the kernel function,analyses the density map of its spacial distribution,studies its spacial structure,and propose suggestions to optimize its function plans.This paper aims to promote the function layout,construction and development around other stations.
