My View on School Culture:Giving Students Something Useful in Life

文化是一种精神,一种信念,更是一种力量。学校文化是学校内涵发展的深层原动力,是师生生命成长的内在凝聚力,是教育事业发展的核心竞争力。学校通过聚焦“立德树人”的教育根本任务,助推“三段五步式”课堂教学改革,引领“涵养大气”的教师队伍建设等举措,有效促进学校的内涵发展,践行“给孩子一辈子有用的东西”的学校文化理念。

Culture is a kind of spirit,belief and power.School culture is the in-depth original dynamism for the development of school connotation,the internal cohesive power for teacher-student life growth,and the core competitiveness for the development of educational causes.Schools should focus on the fundamental task of cultivating talents with high morality to promote their classroom teaching reform and guide the construction of teachers’team,so that they can eff ectively enhance the development of school connotation and practice the belief of school culture that indicates education should give children something useful in life.
