The current basic education reform is facing some important tasks,for example,how to promote compulsory education into a new track of high-quality and balanced development?And how should district bureaus of education explore the paths through skillful destruction and establishment?Jianye District of Nanjing City has explored the new path and mechanism of inter-school alliance,famous school incubation,and teachers’mobility,trying to forge a practical sample from the bottom of valley to the highland in basic education,so that we can find a“breaking and making”way of promoting the high-quality and balanced development in regional compulsory education.
