区域智慧教育大平台建设的思考与实践——以苏州高新区智慧教育时空云为例

Reflection on and Practice of Constructing Regional Smart Education Platform

当前,我国教育信息化发展已从1.0迈向2.0,区域智慧教育大平台的建设是区域教育信息化2.0落地的重要基础。苏州高新区智慧教育时空云建设从强化顶层设计、优化中层规划、细化底层实现,理清整体思路、创新建设内容、打造苏高新范式,落实建设责任、不断融合创新、注重应用落地等方面入手,探索出具有苏州高新区特质的智慧教育新范式。

Currently,the development of educational informatization in China has changed from 1.0 to 2.0,and construction of regional smart education platform is the important foundation for implementing regional education informatization 2.0.Construction of time-space clouds of smart education in Suzhou High-Tech Zone has strengthened the top-level design,optimized the middle-level planning,and refi ned the underlying implementation.Meanwhile,we have clarifi ed the overall thinking,created the contents of construction,and forged the new paradigm.Moreover,we have implemented construction responsibilities,constantly integrated and innovated,and accentuated application,having explored a new paradigm of smart education with Suzhou Hi-Tech Zone characteristics.
