摘要
针对小学科学兼职教师占比量大,且专业素养相对低下的现状,镇江市实验小学试图通过教师专业学习社群的打造,建构一种兼职科学教师在团队中成长的行动发展模式,探索培养兼职科学教师队伍成长的机制与有效策略,从而帮助兼职科学教师尽快提升专业素养,缩短与成熟型专职教师的差距。
In view of the status quo of the large proportion of primary school part-time science teachers with relevantly low professional quality,our school tries to create teachers’professional learning communities and construct a mode of action development,in which part-time teachers can grow up.Besides,our school has been exploring the growth mechanism and eff ective strategies for part-time science teachers in hopes of helping them improve their professional quality quickly and narrow the gap with mature full-time teachers.
