两种短纤维增强NR耐磨性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了两种短纤维用量对NR硫化特性、力学性能、DIN磨耗和摩擦因数的影响。结果表明,加入两种短纤维后,胶料的硬度、100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力变大;随着两种短纤维用量的增加,M_H和M_L变大,芳纶短纤维增幅大于玻璃纤维;拉伸强度变低,撕裂强度变大,但玻璃纤维拉伸强度的下降程度高于芳纶纤维,而芳纶短纤维撕裂强度的提高优异于玻璃纤维;两者的DIN磨耗体积先减小后增加,芳纶纤维胶料的DIN磨耗体积改善幅度优于玻璃纤维;在两种纤维用量相同的情况下,芳纶纤维的动静摩擦因数高于玻璃纤维,耐磨性优于玻璃纤维。由扫描电子显微镜观察可看出,芳纶短纤维在橡胶基体中的分散性较好。 The effects of two short fiber dosages on NR vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,DIN abrasion and friction coefficient were investigated.The results showed that after adding two kinds of short fibers,the hardness of the rubber,modulus at 100%and 300%deformation increased,and with the increase of the amount of two short fibers,MH and ML increased,the aramid short fiber increased more than glass fiber;the tensile strength became lower and the tear strength became larger,but the tensile strength of the glass fiber was lowered more than that of the aramid fiber,and the dimensional tear strength of the aramid staple fiber was increased,the improvement w as superior to glass fiber;the DIN abrasion volume of both first reduced and then increased,and the DIN abrasion volume of rubber with aramid fiber was better than that of glass fiber;in the case of the same amount,for aramid fiber,the dynamic and static friction coefficient was higher than that of glass fiber,and the wear resistance was better than that of glass fiber.Scanning electron microscope showed that the dispersion of the aramid short fibers in the rubber matrix was good.
