“产城融合”视角下深圳市“工改工”优化策略与实践

Optimization Strategy and Practice of Industrial Reform in Shenzhen from the Perspective of the City-Industry Integration

"产城融合"指产与城就功能布局、生产生活方式等方面的有机融合和良性互动,对产业实现升级优化具有重要意义。迫于产业发展实际需求和城市资源环境之间突出的矛盾,深圳的工业用地发展率先进入重要转型时期,城市更新"工改工"成为深圳产业升级转型的新常态模式。文章在梳理深圳市"工改工"发展背景与历程的基础上,总结分析其存在的问题,随后从"产城融合"的视角出发,探讨深圳市"工改工"模式的优化策略,并以深圳天安云谷为例介绍了"工改工"的创新优化方法,以期为国内其他"工改工"项目实践提供一定参考。

City-Industry Integration not only refers to the comprehensive integration of function and lifestyle between production and city,but also means the benign interaction of them,which is greatly significant to the upgrading and optimization of the industry.Due to the increasingly serious contradiction between the needs of industrial development and the urban resource,industrial land in Shenzhen is taking the lead in China.The urban renewal of the industrial reform is becoming a new normal mode of industrial upgrading and transformation in Shenzhen.On the basis of combing the background and course of the industrial reform in Shenzhen,the paper analyzes its problems,and discusses the practice of Shenzhen’s industrial reform from the perspective of City-Industry Integration.At last,taking Tianan Cloud Park as an example,to introduce the optimization method of industrial reform,which could provide some reference for other practice.
