口腔修复中纤维桩加全瓷冠的效果观察

Observation on the effect of fiber post and all-ceramic crown in oral prosthesis

目的探讨口腔修复中纤维桩加全瓷冠的应用效果观察。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年4月收治的60例口腔修复患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组实施纤维桩加全瓷冠修复,对照组实施金属柱及金属烤瓷冠修复。对比两组成功率、生活质量、治疗满意度。结果观察组患者失败率与对照组比较明显较低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复中纤维桩加全瓷冠的应用效果显著,可降低失败率,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of fiber post and all-ceramic crown in oral restoration.Methods 60 patients with oral prosthetics from April 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was implemented with fiber post and full porcelain crown.The group implemented metal column and metal porcelain crown restoration.Compared the success rate,quality of life and treatment satisfaction between the two groups.Results The failure rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fiber post and all-ceramic crown in oral restoration is effective,which can reduce the failure rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
