摘要
目的分析对母乳性黄疸患儿给予茵栀黄颗粒、枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合治疗的临床效果,并分析药物对患儿免疫功能的影响效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院儿科接收并确诊的92例母乳性黄疸患儿进行观察,按1∶1的比例随机将患儿分为参照组与实验组,各46例。参照组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒单独治疗,实验组给予茵栀黄颗粒+枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果与免疫功能指标差异。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.65%,显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组胆红素水平显著低于参照组,且实验组IgG、IgA、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+等免疫指标高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对母乳性黄疸患儿给予茵栀黄颗粒、枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合治疗对调节患儿胆红素水平、免疫功能、加速患儿黄疸症状消退具有积极作用,有效性、安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Granule and Bacillus subtilis combined viable granule in the treatment of breast milk jaundice in children,and to analyze the effect of drugs on the immune function of children.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,92 infants with breast milk jaundice received and diagnosed in pediatrics department of our hospital were observed.According to the ratio of 1∶1,the infants were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bacillus subtilis combined viable granules alone,while the experimental group was treated with Yinzhihuang granules and Bacillus subtilis combined viable granules.The difference of therapeutic effect and immune function between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of bilirubin in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the immune indexes such as IgG,IgA,CD4^+/CD8^+,CD4^+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Yinzhihuang Granule and Bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria Granule has a positive effect on regulating bilirubin level,immune function and accelerating the symptoms of jaundice in breast-milk children.It is effective and safe.
