早期乳腺癌应用改良根治术和保乳手术治疗的临床对比

Clinical comparison of modified radical mastectomy and breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer

目的分析早期乳腺癌应用改良根治术和保乳手术治疗的临床对比。方法选取2013年2月至2016年12月本院收治的56例早期乳腺癌患者,随机摸球法分为对照组与观察组,各28例。对照组进行改良根治术,观察组进行保乳手术治疗,对比两种治疗方式下患者生存质量和并发症、复发状况。结果观察组患者术后并发症为7.14%(2/28)显著少于对照组的21.43%(6/28),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.333,P>0.05);两组患者局部复发、远处转移等指标差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.076、1.469、1.076,P>0.05);观察组患者生活质量显著评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.583、5.201、6.705、5.031、4.063,P<0.05)。结论为早期乳腺癌患者进行保乳手术治疗时与改良根治手术并发症相似,远期疗效相似,但生存质量较高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical comparison of modified radical mastectomy and breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.Methods A total of 56 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group underwent modified radical mastectomy,the observation group underwent breast-conserving surgery.Compare the quality of life,complications and recurrence of the two treatments.Results The postoperative complications of the observation group were 7.14%(2/28)significantly lower than those of the control group(21.43%,6/28).The difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=2.333,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in local recurrence and distant metastasis between the two groups(χ^2=1.076,1.469,1.076,P>0.05).The significant quality of life in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.583,5.201,6.705,5.031,4.063,P<0.05).Conclusion The breast-conserving surgery for patients with early breast cancer is similar to the complications of modified radical surgery.The long-term efficacy is similar,but the quality of life is high and has clinical application value.
