成人不明原因发热临床特点的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of clinical features of unexplained fever in adults

目的研究成人不明原因发热(fever of unknown origin,FUO)的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2015年8月至2018年12月本院收治的231例不明原因发热(FUO)的成人患者。结果231例患者确诊199例,其中感染性疾病99例,肿瘤疾病9例,结核病46例,其他疾病45例;出院时未诊断的患者有32例,其中有6例患者中途放弃,相关数据收集不全面;9例患者转院寻诊,转院后,患者及家属失联,相关的分析数据收集不全。结论数据显示,感染性疾病是不明原因发热(FUO)的首要原因,其次是肿瘤疾病,再次是结核病,能够引起发热的原因比较多,但大部分的成人不明原因发热(FUO)在临床诊断中能够有效的诊断。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of unexplained fever(FUO)in adults.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 231 cases of adults with unexplained fever(FUO)admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to December 2018.Results Among 231 patients,199 cases were confirmed,including 99 cases of infectious diseases,9 cases of tumor diseases,46 cases of tuberculosis and 45 cases of other diseases.32 patients were not diagnosed at the time of discharge,among which 6 patients gave up halfway,and relevant data collection was incomplete.9 patients were transferred to hospital for consultation.After the transfer,the patients and their families lost contact with each other,and the relevant analysis data collection was incomplete.Conclusion Data show that infectious diseases are the primary cause of unexplained fever(FUO),followed by tumor diseases and tuberculosis,which can cause fever for many reasons.However,most adults with unexplained fever(FUO)can be effectively diagnosed in clinical diagnosis.
