口腔颌面部外伤急诊急救培训的效果评价及分析

Evaluation and analysis on the training effect of emergency first aid for oral and maxillofacial trauma

目的为提高社区口腔医生处理颌面部外伤的能力,开展口腔颌面部外伤急诊急救的培训,并对培训效果进行评估。方法对北京市怀柔区4个社区12名口腔科医生进行口腔颌面部外伤急诊急救的相关知识技能培训,从理论知识和临床能力两方面对培训效果进行评价,并分析培训结束6个月后不同病种转诊率的变化。结果本次培训取得了一定成效。在理论知识测试和临床能力评估两方面,社区医生处理口腔颌面部外伤的能力均有较大提高。软组织损伤、牙及牙槽突损伤的转诊率显著降低,颌骨骨折的转诊率并没有显著变化。结论重视基础理论、基础知识和基本技能,具有规范性、针对性的培训有助于提高社区医生处理急诊的能力,切实维护患者利益。

Objective To improve the ability of community dentists to deal with oral and maxillofacial trauma,we provided the training program and assessed the training effect.Methods 12 dentists from 4 communities in Huairou district,Beijing were trained in the knowledge and skills related to emergency treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma.The training effect was evaluated from both theoretical knowledge and clinical ability,and the change of the referral rate of different diseases were analyzed six months after the training.Results This training has achieved certain results.In respects of theoretical knowledge test and clinical ability evaluation,the ability of community dentist to deal with oral and maxillofacial trauma has been obviously improved.The referral rate of soft tissue injury,tooth and alveolar process injury were significantly decreased,but the referral rate of maxillofacial fracture was not significantly changed.Conclusion Focusing on basic theories,basic knowledge and basic skills as well as standardized and targeted training can help improve the ability of community dentists to deal with emergency and safeguard patients'interests practically.
