三河船闸工程安全问题及拆建改造必要性分析

经过多年运行,三河船闸吃水深度不足等各类问题日渐突出,且三河船闸等级与现有航道条件和通航要求严重不匹配,与沿线的石港、南运西船闸成为影响金宝航线通航能力的主要瓶颈。为保证工程安全运行,充分利用金宝航线的水运能力,三河船闸等金宝航线船闸急需拆建改造。

After years of operation,various problems such as insufficient draught of Sanhe Ship Lock are becoming more and more prominent,and the rank of Sanhe Ship Lock is seriously mismatched with existing navigation conditions and requirements.The Shigang and Nanyun West Ship Locks along the route have become the main factors affecting the navigation capacity of Jinbao Channel.In order to ensure the safety of operation and make full use of the water transport capacity of the Jinbao Channel,the ship locks of the Jinbao Channel such as the Sanhe Ship Lock are urgently needed for reconstruction.
