地方高校图书馆建设真人图书馆的研究

Research on the Construction of Human Library in Local University Libraries

真人图书馆是当前图书馆界的研究热点之一。真人图书馆具有四个特征:将隐性知识进行转化,使读者获得沉浸式阅读体验;免费开放,使读者和真人互动双赢;不可复制性和较强的时效性;服务形式灵活多样,信息海量。地方高校建设真人图书馆是可行的,但要突破中外信息的不对称,理论与实践发展不平衡,如何搭建真人借阅和隐性知识传递长效交流平台等诸多难点。

Human library,one of the research focus in the current library field,has four characteristics:the readers are able to experience the immersive reading with the tacit knowledge transformed;it is win-win of the readers and human books through free and open interaction;the reading process is non-replicable and time-based;and it provides flexible and diverse service forms and massive information.It is feasible for local colleges and universities to build a human library,but it is necessary to break through these challenges:the asymmetry of information between China and foreign countries,the imbalance of theoretical and practical development and the struggle to build long-term exchange platform for human book-lending and tacit knowledge transferring.
