摘要
农村小规模学校教师存在的问题主要表现在教师队伍建设方面,教师专业发展方面。师资配备不足、职业认同感低、职业倦怠严重、教师队伍“本地化”、教师结构失衡,致使师资水平欠缺。职称评定困难、专业发展途径有限、专业发展意识较低、动力不足等问题,阻碍了师资力量的引入。应推动乡村振兴战略,推进城乡基本公共服务均等化,加强教师队伍建设,增强教师职业认同感,促进农村小规模学校教学水平的提升。
The problems of teachers in small-scale rural schools are mainly manifested in the construction of teachers’team and the professional development of teachers.The shortage of teachers,the low sense of professional identity,the serious job burnout,the localization of teachers and the imbalance of teachers’structure lead to the lack of teachers’level.It is difficult to assess the professional title,the limited way of professional development,the low awareness of professional development and the lack of motivation,which hinders the introduction of teachers.We should promote the strategy of rural revitalization,promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas,strengthen the construction of teachers,enhance teachers’professional identity,and promote the improvement of teaching level in small-scale schools in rural areas.
