摘要
我国竞技篮球职业化发展过程中存在诸多问题,如战略发展思路相对模糊,职业联赛中引入外援带来的负面冲击。需进一步提升竞技篮球职业化的教练队伍专业水平。探讨了我国竞技篮球职业化发展战略,应深化体制改革,不断健全竞技篮球职业化体制,提高教练员队伍训练和管理水平。
The problems existing in the process of professional development of competitive basketball in China include the relatively vague strategic development ideas, the negative impact brought by the introduction of foreign aid in professional league matches, and the need to further improve the professional level of professional coaches of competitive basketball. It discusses the development strategy of competitive basketball professionalization in China, such as deepening the system reform, continuously improving the professional system of competitive basketball, and improving the training and management level of coaches.
