The influence of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education on improving their ability of independent entrepreneurship

创新创业教育对大学生就业创业的影响主要包括激发学生求知欲,培养学生的创业意识;完善创新环境,实现创业教育;培养学生的发散思维,提升学生创业能力。提出了通过创新创业教育培养学生就业创业能力的有效策略,完善创新创业教育,重视对创新创业人才的培养,引导学生参与实践活动,创新教学模式。大学生创新创业项目成果转化与评价策略主要包括增强成果转化意识,发挥政府的统筹引导功能,政府加大扶持力度,完善人才培养方案,选拔出创新创业意识较强的学生组建兴趣班。

The impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on college students’employment and entrepreneurship mainly includes stimulating students’desire for knowledge,cultivating students’entrepreneurship consciousness,improving innovation environment,realizing entrepreneurship education,cultivating students’divergent thinking,and improving students’entrepreneurship ability.It puts forward some effective strategies to cultivate students’ability of employment and entrepreneurship through innovation and entrepreneurship education,to improve innovation and entrepreneurship education,to attach importance to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,to guide students to participate in practical activities,and to innovate teaching mode.The strategies of achievement transformation and evaluation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects mainly include enhancing the awareness of achievement transformation,giving full play to the overall guidance function of the government,increasing the support of the government,improving the talent training program,and selecting and allocating students with strong awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship to form interest classes.
