高校协同创新中心体制机制建设的优化对策

协同创新中心体制机制建设中存在的问题主要表现在科研经费使用效率有待提高、体制机制建设改革创新力度不够、参与主体协同程度有限。协同创新中心体制机制建设的优化对策主要体现在构建科研绩效评价奖励制度、深化协同创新中心体制机制改革、完善全方位协同发展机制、建立持续的资金投入保障机制,进而有效促进人才培养、科学研究、服务社会等工作的开展。

The main problems in construction of system and mechanism of collaborative innovation center are that the efficiency of the use of scientific research funds needs to be improved,the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism construction are not enough,and the degree of cooperation among the participants is limited.It puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the construction of the system and mechanism of the collaborative innovation center,such as the construction of the reward system of scientific research performance evaluation,the deepening of the reform of the system and mechanism of the collaborative innovation center,the improvement of the all-round collaborative development mechanism,the establishment of the continuous fund investment guarantee mechanism,and then effectively promote the development of talent cultivation,scientific research,social services and other work.
