高校图书管理信息化建设的优化路径

高校图书管理信息化建设存在的问题是信息资源建设水平不高,信息化管理体制不完善。图书管理人员在采购图书资源或数字图书资源时未制订明确的采购计划,不会考虑到借阅者的建议和需求,导致图书馆资源购买的主观性太强,没有兼顾学生的实际学习需求,图书藏品结构过于单一。图书管理模式落后,大部分高校还是沿用以往的管理模式,即记录书籍的借阅与归还情况,维护馆内的环境设施,图书管理人员还未完全认识到现代化设备的建设与使用对高校图书馆的意义。高校图书管理信息化建设的优化路径有提高对信息化建设的重视重视程度,做好信息化基础设施建设,实现图书资源共享,提高图书管理人员的信息化素养。

There are some problems in the informatization construction of university library management,that is,the construction level of information resources is not high,and the informatization management system is not perfect.When purchasing book resources or digital book resources,the librarian does not make a clear purchasing plan,and does not take into account the suggestions and needs of the borrower,which leads to the subjectivity of the library resource purchase,not taking into account the actual learning needs of the students,and the structure of the book collection is too single.The management mode of books is backward.Most colleges and universities still use the previous management mode,that is,recording the borrowing and returning of books,maintaining the environmental facilities in the library.The librarians have not fully realized the significance of the construction and use of modern equipment to the university library.It analyzes on the optimization path of library management information construction in colleges and universities,such as to improve the importance of information construction,to do a good job in information infrastructure construction,to realize the sharing of library resources,and to improve the information literacy of library managers.
