基层篮球队青少年队员培养存在的问题——以焦作市博爱县为例

以焦作市博爱县为例,对基层篮球队青少年队员培养存在的诸多问题进行剖析,发现基层青少年篮球培养及发展主要存在以下几个问题,即:来自中高考的影响、训练基础较为薄弱、体校学生缺乏出路、教练员和裁判员水平有限、青少年交流机会较少、容易造成人才断层、后备人才梯队结构不合理、经费缺乏、领导重视程度不够。
