摘要
采用《一般自我效能感量表》、《社会支持量表》和《症状自评量表》对黑龙江省5个县域内19个乡镇中小学、教学点的578名乡村教师进行调查。考察其“一般自我效能感”、“社会支持”对“心理健康状况”的影响,并检验“社会支持”在其中所起的作用。结果表明:乡村教师“自我效能感”和“社会支持”显著负向预测教师的心理健康状况,“社会支持”在乡村教师“自我效能感”与心理健康状况间起完全中介作用。
578 rural teachers from 19 villages and towns in 5 counties of Heilongjiang Province were investigated with the general self-efficacy scale, social support scale and symptom self-assessment scale. It investigates the influence of “general self-efficacy” and “social support” on “mental health”, and to test the role of “social support” in it. The results show that “self-efficacy” and “social support” of rural teachers significantly negatively predict the mental health status of teachers, and “social support” has complete intermediary effect on the relationship between “self-efficacy” and mental health status of rural teachers.
