Based on the survey data of 253 members of farmer cooperatives in three counties and districts, this paper uses factor analysis and binary logistics analysis to empirically study the factors influencing the members’satisfaction of farmer cooperatives. The results of factor analysis show that internal social capital is composed of three factors:internal trust, internal norms and social network. And the results of logistic regression analysis show that the two measurement variables of internal trust and internal norms are significantly positively correlated with members’satisfaction, while social norms are significantly negatively correlated with members’satisfaction.Organizational identification can improve members’satisfaction with cooperatives, and members who have been in cooperatives for a shorter period of time are more satisfied with cooperatives. This paper also eliminates insignificant variables and increases variables, and the results prove that the research conclusions are highly robust. Therefore, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as establishing and perfecting the management system of credit cooperation, strengthening the social integration function of cooperatives, and giving play to the demonstration role of cooperatives.
