交通建设对亚洲象的影响及保护对策研究综述

A review on impacts on linear transportation infrastructures to Asian elephant and conservation strategies

从道路致死、行为影响、生境损失、间接影响等方面综述了公路和铁路建设对亚洲象的影响,从栖息地连通性保护、路基建设形式、动物通道设置(包括选址、尺寸、规模、配套设施等)、施工期和运营期保护等方面阐述了交通建设中亚洲象保护技术和管理对策。从基础研究、技术开发、标准规范、示范工程等方面提出了我国交通建设亚洲象保护的对策建议。

This paper reviews impacts of road and railway construction on Asian elephants regarding roadkill,behavioral change,habitat loss and other indirect effects.To address these issues,conservation technology and management countermeasures related to transportation construction are also reviewed,including habitat connectivity protection,roadbed construction and wildlife crossing structures design(site selection,size,scale,and supporting facility,etc.).Recommendations on Asian elephant about friendly linear transportation infrastructures in China are suggested from the aspects of fundamental research,technology development,standard setting,demonstration projects,etc.
