内蒙古锡林郭勒盟牧区集中养老问题研究

Research on Problems in Concentrated Old-Age Care in Pastoral Areas of Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia

通过观察、问卷调查、人物访谈等研究方法,运用专业理论,并结合一定的社会学、管理学、心理学和法学等理论,分析锡林郭勒盟牧区集中养老的现状、存在问题,分析其影响因素,研究在牧区集中养老的实施过程中,部分地区成功的经验与启示,提出应对现存问题的策略。

Through observation,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods,the author uses professional theories including sociology,management,psychology and law,to investigate the current situation and existing problems in concentrated old-age care in the pastoral areas of the Xilingol League.Then the author analyzes the influencing factors of concentrated old-age care,studies the successful experiences and enlightenment in other regions where concentrated old-age care is well applied in pastoral areas,and puts forward strategies to deal with existing problems.
