摘要
内蒙古自治区范围内针对少数民族学生的优惠招生政策使得少数民族大学生的规模迅速增加,但少数民族学生课程体系和就业社会保障体系没有形成同步的配套增长,而且具有一定规模的少数民族大学生在校期间的学习状态令人担忧。少数民族大学生普遍存在就业能力不足的现状,究其原因主要有“宽进宽出”的少数民族大学生的培养模式和针对少数民族大学生的就业保障体系不健全等问题。针对存在的问题提出解决对策是本文的研究重点,唯有深化少数民族学生课程体系改革、构建适应少数民族大学生的就业保障体系,才能帮助少数民族大学生提高其就业能力,拓宽其就业渠道。
The preferential policy for ethnic-minority students in colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has enlarged their enrollment scale rapidly.Nevertheless,the curricula and social security and employment systems for them are incompatible with the policy.The state of learning of some students is worrying as well.Accordingly,they are of insufficient employability in general.The main reasons lie in the training mode of"easy enrollment and easy graduation"and the imperfect employment and security system for ethnic-minority students in colleges and universities.Putting forward solutions considering the existing problems is the focus of this paper.Only by deepening the reform of the curriculum system and building an employment and security system suitable for ethnic-minority students,can their employability be improved and their employment channels be broadened.
