摘要
设计并实现了一种智能服药干预系统.该系统融合了传感器和物联网等技术,通过智能设备识别用户服药行为,以实现用药情况监测;该系统采用合理的依从性评估方法,依据评估结果对患者服药情况实施饱和式干预.对所设计系统的应用效果进行了初步试验,结果表明,该系统能够明显改善慢性病患者用药依从性.系统所收集的信息有望赋能医疗大数据,具有一定的应用前景.
In this study,an intelligent medicine intervention system is developed by integrating many related technologies such as sensor technology,internet of things and so on.The developed intelligent device is utilized to identify medication behavior and monitor medication situation of users.A more reasonable evaluation method for medication adherence is adopted and the evaluation result is used to determine if saturated intervention will be implemented.An experiment is carried out and the results prove that this system can effectively improve medication adherence in patients with chronic diseases.The collected information even has the potential to energize medical big data and has broad prospects in application.
